December 2017 Power Rankings

December 2017 POWER RANKINGS

This last month was all about the South's biggest Major Event: War Zone Atlanta. We have seen some movement all over the place with this event. Showed some people shine in a large event that have not been previously in the power rankings and deserve their hard work this month!

Biggest Mover:

Robert Chandler rocketed into 6th place from no ranking last month. Having a awesome showing at War Zone Atlanta will do that!

On to the Top 10

1.    Carter Leach – Last month 2nd (UP 1 SPOT)

ITC stats: 513.11 Points / 2nd South / 57th Overall / 1st Corsairs
·      Carter has taken the top spot with his success at War Zone Atlanta. His ITC points were lower due to how they scored the overall rankings. Lets see if he hangs on to this top spot even with getting beat with the nerf bat every way possible.

2.    Mark Perry – Last month 1st (DOWN 1 SPOT)

ITC stats: 547.64 Points / 1st South / 33rd Overall /3rd Chaos Space Marines
·      Mark dropped to second place this month. He had a solid performance at War Zone Atlanta, but not as good as some others in the area. Solid ITC points from the scoring system has caused him to get a huge lead in the South which I believe will not be beaten for the remainder of this season.

 3.   Will Grant – Last month 3th (NO CHANGE)

ITC stats: 402.26 Points / 10th South / 162nd Overall / 3rd Chaos
·      Will continued his success at War Zone Atlanta. He showed how powerful the Super Chicken was with his Chaos soup list.

 4.   Mike Sanchez – Last month 5th (UP 1 SPOT)

ITC stats: 436.68 Points / 6th South / 127th Overall / 8th Astra Militarum
·      Mike as the others high on the list did an amazing job at War Zone Atlanta. His solid guard list shows how competitive they are, and his solid play makes him very successful.

 5.    John Moore – Last month 6th (UP 1 SPOT)

ITC stats: 341.46 Points / 24th South / 277th Overall / 9th Tau
·      John moved into the top 5 this month. He did not make it to War Zone Atlanta, but he did finish 1st at an RTT at TBS Comic Pensacola this month. Continues to show why Tau is a competitive army.

 6.   Robert Chandler - Last month NOT RANKED

ITC stats: 267.92 Points / 34th South / 484th Overall / No faction ranking
 -      Coming out and show a top 5 overall at War Zone Atlanta was very impressive, and has moved him into the power rankings for the first time. Get into more events Robert and you will be moving up the ladder!

7.   Dale Oser - Last month 4th (DOWN 3 SPOTS)

ITC stats: 262.8 Points / 39th South / 501st Overall / 27th Tau
-     Dale did not make it to War Zone Atlanta, and this power rankings plays heavily in that event this month. So his drop was defiantly due to this. Keep doing well in events Dale and you will push back up.

8. Clint Hoffman - Last month NOT RANKED

ITC stats: 279.65 Points / 30th South / 444th Overall /  No faction ranking
-     Clint had a really good weekend at War Zone Atlanta. This got him in the top 10 this month of the power rankings. Lets see what he does next!

9.    Adam Clem – Last month 8th (DOWN 1 SPOT)

ITC stats: 348.95 Points / 18th South / 261st Overall / 8th Space Wolves
·    Of course my War Zone Atlanta ITC points were not put in the system correctly, so they are not reflected in my score. Hopefully that will get fixed soon. A decent performance in two events this month kept me in the top 10 but not by much. Gotta do really well in events in the next month to stay top 10.

10.   Matt Carawan – Last month NOT RANKED

ITC stats: 103.65 Points / 177th South / 1679th Overall / No faction ranking
·    Matt screamed into the top 10 by posting a very high battle point score at War Zone Atlanta. I did not see those points on the ITC page, so might wanna check into that Matt. If he keeps playing solid than his ITC stats will easily move up. I only saw 2 events posted.

Others receiving votes: Mike Miller, Adam Abramowicz, Dylan Mosley, Anthony Hinkel, Scott Combs, Shawn Lowrey, Robert Harp, and Chris Taylor

Until next month, keep throwing dice

Jarl Clem
